Citi-Centre is a well-known complex of apartment buildings and commercial space located on the western edge of the downtown area. There are four apartment buildings right in the Citi-Centre complex, home to about 700 permanent residents. On the ground floor are more that a dozen commercial spaces spread over 20,000 total square feet. These spaces are perfect locations for retail operations, offices for doctors and other professionals as well as service firms.

Citi-Centre comprises a full city block, with three of the four streets on its boundary being main downtown thoroughfares: Charlotte Street, Aylmer Street, and King Street. Only two blocks west of the heart of downtown and two blocks east of the City’s popular "Avenues" residential district, Citi-Centre provides high visibility, plenty of underground parking and a permanent base of patrons from the surrounding apartment buildings.

Location
Citi-Centre is located on the western edge of the downtown surrounded by Charlotte, Aylmer, King Street, and Bethune Streets. Within a block or two are the city library, the Grey Hound Bus Terminal, and the City of Peterborough Bus Terminal.

Parking
Citi-Centre offers its own underground parking and a private outdoor lot with 16 spaces, plus street parking on King, Bethune, and Charlotte Streets. In addition, one block east there is an enclosed municipal parking lot that can accommodate more than 600 vehicles and an outdoor lot with about 70 spaces.
